This 15 Days Kilimanjaro, Serengeti & Ngorongoro Tour highlights all the famous Tanzania attractions in the northern circuit. You will hike Mount Kilimanjaro and after visit Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, Serengeti National Park and Ngorongoro Crater.

15 Days Kilimanjaro, Serengeti & Ngorongoro Tour

Day 1. Arrival to Tanzania

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International airport and drive to Arusha National park to Mount Meru. Dinner and overnight.

Day 2. Hike Mt Meru (preparatory hike)

Gather for an orientation, check your equipment and set out for a warm up along the lush slopes of Mt Meru. The park is well known for its aburdant wildlife like Monkeys, Mount Elephants, Giraffe, bushbuck, duiker and rare birds. Coe back to our lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3. Meru to Kilimanjaro (Shira gate to Shira camp)

A short drive after early morning breakfast takes us to the gate of Shira where our trekking will begin from, we will meet our potters and chef their as we are registering they will be doing much preparation for our trip. We will trail through mossy jungle viewing monkey and other animals, plants and birds. Have dinner and overnight at our camp.

Day 4. Shira to Barranco Camp

Each day begins with the morning hot water delivered to your by the potters, After breakfast we hike up through the forest before crossing into the subalpine hagenia zone. Our hike will take us through rocky landscape to reach to the Lava tower. We will reach to our camp at Barranco have great pictures and feel the atmosphere see the sunset of African sun.

Day 5. Barranco Camp to Karaga

Trek across the East over the ridges and valleys of the Barranco wall below the Heim Glacier, the soaring Kibo glaciers over head as we desend down to Karanga valley campsite. Reaching late afternoon our chef a head of us we get him when he has hot water prepared for us. Wait for hot lunch before we relax in the afternoon.

Day 6. Karaga to Barafu

After good morning breakfast hike further to the Es to meet the Mweka route one of the easiest routes it will take us like one or two hours to reach the Hut where we will have hot lunch. We wll have leisure afternoon as we prepare for the next challenge which leads to our final destination the peak which starts before midnight.

Day 7. Barafu to Uhuru peak to Mweka Camp

Our journey starts before the next day that is midnight  with light warm water and biscuits trek to the Northwest up through heavy scree between the Rebman and Ratzel glaciers to Stella point considered to be one of the most challenging parts of the hike where snow starts and proceed to the celebrations at Uhuru point. Desend down to Mweka camp passing through all the rocky stages have long deep rest at the camp.

Day 8. Mweka camp to the gate to Arusha

With well served delicious breakfast, hike down to the park headquarters where you will receive your certificates and drive to Arusha for the next refreshment of the experience.

Day 9. Arusha to Tarangire

Pick up early in the morning after your breakfast at the hotel in Arusha after long hike to the Kilimanjaro on the previous days we will start our drive late in the morning to Tarangire reaching the park late in the evening rest and relax at your lodge.

Day 10. Tarangire

Morning game drive early in the morning to catch up with sun risers to search for different anials like Elephants, Buffalos, Lions, leopards, Zebras, Eland among others come back for your breakfast and wait for lunch.

In the afternoon go for afternoon game drive one of the most rewarding as the predators get on their hunting traps ready to chase for the prey. Retire for your dinner and overnight.

Day 11. Tarangire to Ngorongoro

After early morning cup of tea, say bye to all the hotel management as we set off to Ngorongoro crater. Depending the time we leave here but it takes half day drive to the crater and this makes as reach to the crater at late afternoon or early evening for our lunch and refreshments. Have brief evening game drive in search for zebras, wildebeest, lions, Elephants, Buffalos, leopards, Cheetahs and other game.

Day 12. Ngorongoro Crater

Get up early for the breakfast then drive to the crater with parked lunch. This is one of the best Calderas ever its beauty is beyond description as it harbors more than 1000 wildlife with vast range of predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas and others, grazers such as Elephants, Rhinos, Buffalos, Zebras, Elands among others. Drive back from the crater late in the evening direct to our hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 13. Ngorongoro to Serengeti

Start your day with breakfast as we plan to transit Ngorongoro to Serengeti, enroute game drive and stop over at Oldvai Gorge historical site take your time here as history of the discovery is being narrated to you after proceed to Serengeti through villages and small towns reaching Seronera late in the afternoon drive to your hotel for lunch and dinner.

Day 14. Serengeti

After your heavy breakfast, set out with parked lunch for the full day game drive have lunch on the bush before continuing with the game drive. The Park is very famous because of its seasonal wildebeest migration from the Masai Mara game reserve in Kenya. Besides the wildebeest, the park habits a lot of other animals like the big game animals such as Lions, Elephants, Buffaloes, Leopards, Cheetahs, Impalas, Kobs, and Giraffes. Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 15. Serengeti to Lake Manyara

After breakfast, you will set out for the last game drive and later continue your drive through Ngorongoro to Lake Manyara National Park. Upon arrival in Lake Manyara, go for the short game drive around your lodge for different spots of animals like Elephants, tree climbing lions, buffaloes.

Day 16. Lake Manyara to Arusha

Depending on your flight we can have morning game drive before driving back to Arusha for your flight back home.
